Great way to finish our 3 week trip. The view of the lake/mountains from our room was spectacular
Incredible view of the mountains and lake. Balcony was a great place to enjoy the view. We ate both nights at the restaurant, the food was exceptional. Very friendly staff.
When we checked in at 7 pm the heater in the room and the safe were not working. We reported both and both were fixed the next morning.

Pleasant enough, but please fix the short comings of the restaurant.
The Bircher muesli and berry coulis at breakfast. The pizza dough was amazing.
The pizza topping - fungi misti - the mushrooms were so sparse that several slices of pizza had only two or three very small slices of mushroom. The timing of meal service - the excuse that pizza takes longer to cook …. Start cooking the pizza before the other dining partner selected dish. Sitting there waiting for your meal whilst your partner receives and finishes their choice of meal is the worst. I noticed that I was not the only diner this happened to! My husband commented that the scrambled eggs were like rubber.
